Cancellation and Refund
Registrations are not transferable. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by June 25, 2019 for a full refund less a $50 processing fee. There is NO REFUND for cancellations received after this date. In the event that the program is sold out with a waitlist and we are able to transfer your registration to someone on the waitlist, we will issue you a refund less the processing fee. If you leave the program for any reason, there is NO REFUND for unused services. If the program is cancelled or postponed by us, due to enrollment level or other unforeseeable circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.  We assume no responsibility for participant’s cancelled air tickets or other prepaid transportation arrangements.

What to bring

Please bring cozy clothing for comfort and relaxation. We will be doing yoga and gentle dance movement. You may want to walk outside on the beautiful retreat grounds (enjoy the labyrinth!).  We have our meals with the monks in the refectory. Retreat participants have the option of attending the monastery services, so please bring appropriate clothing for the chapel if you might go.  The temperature can be changeable, between 55- 75 degrees. 


The rooms are comfortable with all bedding and towels provided. The bathrooms are shared, and we suggest you bring a bathrobe and slippers. Toiletries are not provided. 

There is parking on the premises. 


Meals are delicious, and cooked for us by the monastery chef. We share meals in the refectory with the brothers who live at Mt. Calvary.  There is always a vegetarian option. The kitchen cannot accommodate other dietary needs.  If you have particular dietary needs please let us know when you sign up. There is a refrigerator for guests to use.


ADA approved service dogs can be accommodated. Emotional support animals 

do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
